You don't have to be fit to start CrossFit
You join CrossFit to become fit. We know some movements might seem hard or intimidating at first, but we'll coach you through it.

THE FUNDAMENTALS
From day one, our coaches will teach you to safely perform the foundational movements and adjust the workouts to your current fitness level.

CLASS STRUCTURE
Every class will start with a whiteboard brief and a warm-up. Then, either a strength or skill component, followed by the workout of the day, or vice-versa. After everyone finishes the workout, we'll fist bump, get cleaned up, stretch, and hang out until you're ready to go home!
