WOD Tracking Software will be the only place to view WODs beginning 12/26/16: We will be utilizing Train Heroic. We are posting WODs on Train Heroic only. The app is FREE for you to use! Please download it and set up your account asap! It’s user friendly and will help us, as CFF, get stronger and faster. This software tracks everything and tells you what weights to use when pulling from percentages and when you hit PRs!

Lurong Living Challenge Check details and info below of this gym-wide paleo/lifestyle challenge! This challenge begins 1/16 and runs through 2/19. You will have a weekly WOD and a weekly lifestyle challenge to compete in for prizes! Yes, scaling is an option with this program. This challenge is also a paleo (lean meats, veggies, fruits and some nuts and seeds. No dairy, sugar, grains or legumes.) to kickstart your new year!
