As a “coaches kid” I spent most of my life in a gym or on a field competing. I have been involved in physical activities and competitive sports since a young age, playing nearly every team and individual sports available in my hometown of Harrison, Arkansas. Although I did not start regimented weight or conditioning training until late in college, it has quickly become a passion that I seek every opportunity to increase my knowledge of physical fitness and nutrition. At the forefront of my mind I have the desire to make an impact on someone’s life everyday through CrossFit and to help others around me to reach their health and fitness goals. My hobbies include rock climbing, scuba diving, running, hiking, biking or basically anything that is adventurous or outdoors.
